Meal planning is a key strategy to creating an enjoyable, less harried cooking experience.

Whether an experienced cook or a complete novice, meal planning makes all the difference.

There are so many ways to document a meal plan, but we have found that pen and paper is still the best.

  • It allows you to pull recipes from various sources
  • It is not dependant on an Internet connection or a charged battery
  • It is easier to make changes as required

We have created a few different designs that can be printed blank, or filled in using Adobe Acrobat (http://www.adobe.com/products/reader.html). All of the editable .pdfs have an instruction page included to let you know how to add text and change the formatting.

If you want to edit them, be sure to save a copy to your computer first. Then, open your saved version and begin your edits.

These shopping lists are both editable. One of them is partially filled out already with some common staples. The other is completely empty, allowing you to put in all of your own staples.
